I am just learning the art of bird photography. I have been at it for about 6 months. This is a photo I took at the local park of a Peregrine feasting on a duck we watched it catch. Taken with a 40D 100-400 @370, 1/320, F7.1, ISO1600 cropped at 100% I used a noise reduction software but I am not completely satisfied with the results. Any C&C is appreciated.

I'm still a beginner as well but I would have dropped the shutter speed to 1/250, ISO to 800. You could have also gone to F6.3 and dropped to ISO 400. At 1/250 if the bird flew you should still be able to get a decent shot.
