Most have the breeders(kennels) name, and many like to do one key word in it to identify the litter, and of course is limited to 30 characters (in the CKC). So ours had to have ELZEARS and YER in it, thus Jasper's registered name is; -JIM-

I've not really looked at the papers yet but in scanning them I didn't see any restrictions other than size....the litter is registered but his name is not, we pay $12 for that luxury. ..
