that's really cool! I've not really looked at the papers yet but in scanning them I didn't see any restrictions other than size....the litter is registered but his name is not, we pay $12 for that luxury.

Our breeder handled it all for us. I know the YER is just a little thing she wanted to do. HERE (external link) is a link to a page with all the pups and there names. The girl named Hush was our first choice (but was kept for breeding), but now I could not imagine it should have gone any different. :D

Originally we were going to pick the large male. He was really cute but Kona just captured us when we saw him. I'm glad it worked out that way too.

Mark was named Kamarq when we got him and we know little of his history. We registered him as Letter Of Marque on his coggins papers. It is his show name even though he doesn't show:lol: He is a Thoroughbred.
Harley was broke western to be a barrel racer but was raised English. He is named Local Bar Harley and is a Quarter Horse with a little Thoroughbred. They call that an appendix.
Bob is a registered thoroughbred off the track and is named All About You Bob.

It seems like we're going about naming him all wrong. We might have to re-think things.

The hunt clubs litters go by letter. It is an N year. Names are not repeated and we can trace the lineage back 200 years to a pair of hounds brought from Europe.

I was just about to ask for an update. Thanks.

2 extra hours is not bad at all, considering everything.

I'm really optimistic about my flight. :)
