So what are Korean won tons Cat?

won ton wrappers filled with a mixture of cabbage, meat, carrots, ginger, garlic, and onions. Then fried till crispy. Y U M

PuPu chicken is to die for. I've already eaten WAY too many.

Chicken wings, dredged in flour, deep fried till done and crispy and dipped in a sauce (that has been simmering for hours) made of soy sauce, sugar, ginger, red pepper and green onions)

question: if you set up your voice recognition stuff when you're a bit drunk, do you think it would recognize you the next morning?

We will be attending a bonfire of gihugic proportions (I am atwitter, lol) and hanging out with friends and family. Food will be eaten, beer consumed (copiously as is natural) and hopefully no one (me) will fall down

Sounds fun!!! I'm staying home. Alone. With my big box of wine. Hey!!, maybe I can dance around nekkid for new years!!!!

Congrats on the new lenses!!!! Sorry that you had such a horrible time trying to buy them.

Permagrin wrote in post #6979498 (external link)
I'm not buying local again. Too much hassle.

Much easier to answer the door to the UPS man in your jammies isn't it...

I am off folk, gym, shower, bonfire :D

I wish you all the happiest of new years, may you be safe, surrounded with friends and/or loved ones and not find a dead bug at the bottom of your drink

My fellow belowmeonians,

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank for your year's hard work on being complete and utter blabberfingers and taking this thread so far ahead of your rivals (the tupperwarians). This year is officially the blabberiest on record and you should be proud.

And I also want you all to know that I love you all even more than that night in Geneva a few months ago (and that's saying something). Thank you all for your support for our wedding by the way, it's been much appreciated.

May 2009 bring you all increased blabbering and happiness. May all your lenses be shiney and your pictures colourful (except when they're in black and white).

Felicitations.

Pete & Ali.

Thank you! and.....

Skrim17 wrote in post #6979691 (external link)
same to you Pete (& Ali). Here's to a 2009 full of health, happiness and the pitter patter of little feet!!

^^^^what Crissa said!

Here's a couple of Kona shots with one of the new lenses. It was almost dark when I took them so they are at 2500 iso (but run through NR).

I can't figure out nikon's aiservo (continuous servo to them). I'm gonna need a lot more light and practice too once I figure out the settings.

Awwwww cutie patootie Kona!!

Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p

Me too! I have gone to a few local stores and asked them to price match and they won't, even on small items of if they are over a smallish amount. So I don't shop with them.

I am home watching wall-E and will probably go to bed before 11!

No lie, that sounds like an absolutely wonderful evening! I'm full of envy!! I'm with my family-in-laws again they live 3.5 hours away and I see them more then I ever saw my gma who used to live 20 minutes away (and I saw her a lot! *tries to be thankful that at least fil doesn't hate us and not feel smothered instead...*

I think the only way to find out is for you to do it and then get back to us in the morning... ;)
