If you can taste the curry than it's not hot enough. Add more of those little red roasted peppers so that your tongue stops working.

But the more you eat hot foods, the more you get used to the spices...so your tongue starts tasting the flavours, rather than burning to hell

Do you have Trader Joe's stores near you? If so they sell really good yellow and red curry sauce in a bottle. Add veggies and meats (if you want) over rice and you are eatin good.

In thai places I usually order a 6 or maybe 7 on the spice scale depending on my mood. I made the mistake of ordering an 8 one time and haven't been the same since.

The biggest difference between indian and thai is that the thai has a lot more coconut milk so it's more like soup than gravy.

It does make it to Canada, so many other parts of the Commonwealth are not out of the question.

Though, it does get sent by dogsled, and i always have to wait for a snowstorm in St George before it ships.

Harm I'm sure I'd like it I may even have had some before
