Wow - that's a more than horrible picture. Can you retake it with a decent camera?

There's NO detail in her face left - its all blown out. I actually can't even tell what she's standing in front of - is that a bush? The lines/grain in the picture can't even be saved with maximum noise reduction...

I'd consider this a total lost cause and try to take another picture.

LOL, no it wasn't printed on a tshirt. I don't know what kind of camera it was taken with. like a 0.3 megapixel or something LMAO. I tried messing with the color and stuff in PS, but was hard to do. Unfortunately Its rainy and stuff all week here and she can't take another pic outside. I'll try to get it as best i can i guess.

yeah... If it was me I wouldn't try to keep it like a photo. If I absolutely loved the shot I'd make it into a digital painting type thingy on photoshop. cuz there's a lot of information missing. maybe if i have time i'll try a few things just to show you. GOOD LUCK! you'll need it.

that'd be VERY hard to do without actually having an art degree and a lot of knowledge in photoshop. You'd have to airbrush in all of the detail and skin tone, shadows, and get rid of all the lines.

Even if it is cloudy/rainy, etc you'll NEED to take another shot...really

alas I will see what I can do, though

whoami?

This is not perfect, and I've run out of time to work on it, but it's probably 75% better than the original. I hope she likes it.

I wish I could have seen tfizzle's edits before they vanished, but this one looks like a lost cause to me. Good luck.

so right. you'd have to literally paint a new face. Thought there was enough info on the face to just fill in a few things... but there's absolutely nothing there except eyes, nose and mouth. (o.0 ) good luck all.

There is no data to recover so I just layered a bunch of stuff and tried to get some color back in spots.
