Hi Guys/Gals

Firstly to introduce myself.

I am new to photography, been doing it approx 3 weeks now since receiving my 40D & 24-105 f4, yes a bold move for a newbie, but have been wanting to get into said photography for some time, only ever done the P&S, as we all have I'm sure. I do however have an event videography business, so I guess this helps to some degree.

I am finding however that it really is nice to just go out and capture images in this format, no pressure to perform, no paying clients, no complaining clients....

So, just wanted to share what I captured a couple of days ago and get some feedback, compositionally/framing etc. What are some key "tick the boxes" for when photographing birds. I know this lens won't get me too much, but we all have to start somewhere!!!

Look forward to sharing some photos with you guys/gals

Cheers
Darren
