Sync Cable and ST-E2...Can I use Both at same time?

So I have ordered one AB800 and I have two 430's and an ST-E2. Can I connect the AB to my 5D with the sync cord, and still use the ST-E2 to trigger the 430's? Or will the camera choose one or the other?
