2 questions about lens repair

i have a 50 1.4 that is in need of repair. where is the serial number located on this lens and how long does canon repair usually take?

The serial number is not stamped on all Canon lenses. Time? not long. Depends on how busy the repair center is, of course.

depends on what repair that you wanna make, mine had a terrible repair, my 10-22mm break into 2 parts, and that takes a 1 month time for reapiring, pending for the spare parts takes a alot of time,..

but if you wanna repair for focus problem maybe it'll take 1-2weeks, that's in my country in indonesia
