In Photoshop-- how to save as PDF?

Ok-- sorry this might be a dumb question but I can't figure out how to save in PDF - please assist.
Thanks.

I have CS3 -- I would guess it is file- save as-- but not to be found?

It should be there (Save As) in the format drop down box; Photoshop PDF (*.PDF;*.PDP)

Not to be found in mine. Does it have to be a jpeg before you can do this? This is a hard one.

It might have to be in 8 bit but I'm not certain.
