hi guys im totally new to photography, started looking at a few techniques and what all the different exposures, shutter speeds, ISO's etc ment a while back and got my 450D about a week ago. here are 2 pictures i took of my mam new kitten, C&C welcomed please but go easy on me, i am a newbie haha

sorry i didnt record the settings i used, i didnt think about it at the time.

Welcome to POTN. It is a great place to learn. Very pretty kitty. On the second one I would crop the left side and move kitty out of the center of the frame.
