I got a 1Ds Mark III for Christmas. Is that a good camera?

Juuust kidding. Merry Christmas everyone! What kind of photography loot did everyone get?

Kodak disposable, Ansco 35mm disk, Polaroid my parents gave me. That's about all I need really.

That camera was Canon's worst camera built to date. Your XSI is better. Ship it to me, and I'll give you maybe, $200 for it?

Not specifically in the category of photographic equipment, but my best friends did get me a complete set of eneloop rechargeable batteries. AA, AAA, C, & D adapters + charger..so that was sweet.

Photographers do it in 1/1,000th of a second...but the memory lasts forever! ;)

New boxers and socks (finally!)
A blu-ray version of the movie I worked on (Sea Monsters)
$50 gift card to local camera store
$150 cash

And the girlfriend is still waiting to hear what I want from her, can't decide whether I want to take a leap and add the 5DMk2 to my arsenal, a Drobo or a 24L/85L combo :( She got her Coach purse this year so I've got some wiggle room with her heh.

I got a few books, some magazine subscriptions/renewals, and some tools. I don't ask for much and enjoy giving more than receiving. ;) It was a nice day.
