A Few Lightroom/Photoshop Questions

Can anyone help me with a couple of quick questions?

1. When using the adjustment brush for color within Lightroom 2, is there any way to choose a color from within the photograph itself (via a color picker like in Photoshop), and not from the supplied color box or swatches?

2. I've created my own camera raw profile for my 30d and now have it listed with all the other profiles in Lightroom 2. How do I tell Lightroom to use it as my default color profile when importing and viewing images?

3. What is the best way to get rid of wrinkles (usually straigt lines) in the backdrop of a photograph (old masters type)? Right now I just use the clone brush in Photoshop and reduce the opacity to about 60% and this works fairly well. I haven't figured out a way to do this in Lightroom, so I have to export the images to Photoshop. Is there a better way to do this either in Lightroom or Photoshop?

1. Left-click anywhere inside the color box and drag the eyedropper out of the box and into the photo. When you release it that color will be selected. You can even drag it into any other window open on your desktop
2. Set up everything in the Develop module as you want your default to be, including the choice of profile. Press Alt and the Reset button at the bottom will change to Set Default. Click on it.

You need to set your 30D custom profile as the default profile for your 30D images.
Open Lightroom, go to the Develop Module and scroll down to the Calibration tab. Select a RAW file created by your 30D the select your custom profile from the drop-down list in the Calibration tab. Now press the ALT key and the Reset button will change to the Set Default button. Select the "Update to Current Settings" option and you're set.

Try using the Surface Blur filter in Photoshop; to my knowledge you can't do this sort of correction in Lightroom.
