Very nice captures. I visited Israel in june, and from there on to Cairo. Is #3 Masada?

no offense but other then an Israeli flag there is nothing in these pictures that tells me you were in Israel? The leaves and streams are nice but you could have taken them int he san jancinto for what it is worth

All I said was that the pictures were taken in Israel just to provide some sort of setting; I never intended for them to showcase Israel in any way. I merely wanted some feedback on them from a purely photographic perspective.

They were shot at 1/5" and 1/6" respectively, hand-held, at f/14. IS is an amazing feature when there is no tripod available. :D

The donkey shot and the 2 water shots pick of the bunch for me, overall though good colours and contrast, very consistent, something I am struggling with at the moment.

Ahhhh to travel (one day!!) Congrats

Darren

Cheers Darren:)

my mistake since they were posted in the travel section I assumed they were about travel and the setting you were in.
