CDickinson Senior Member 304 posts Joined Apr 2004 Location: Minneapolis, MN More info | I agree with the philosophy that things are what they are - i tend to leave telephone wires, etc in my shots...but I also try to make sure that when I do they work with the shot. In this case, the shadow is pretty distracting. Its the only really solid line and because its dark and in a diagonal (which makes it the only movement in the photo), my eye follows the line first and it leads to nowhere.
