Absolutely loving the lens. The focus feels exactly the same as the original 85/1.2L - relatively quick, and perfectly crisp and solid. Shooting with it is a completely different ball game from my 1.2L, where I guess I've learned to instinctively compensate for the focus hunting and back-focus issues that are simply part of the design. Don't get me wrong, I love my 1.2L and will definitely be keeping it after I sell my copy of the 1.0L, but working with the 1.0L is definitely a breath of fresh air.

Bought the lens again. It will be my third time owning it because I just can't live without it for personal photography. The most special lens I've ever used. Can't wait to start shooting again!

May I ask why did you sold it two times earlier? :-D

Just had other things to fund at the time (car, house payments, etc) and it's certainly an item that draws a pretty penny. Both times I sold I made about $750-1000 profit as well. But now I just cannot go without it any longer. :)

Thanks!

I am considering between the f/1,2L and Zeiss 50mm MP :p

As of today, I most probably get the Canon f/1,2L :p
and save up for the Zeiss 100mm MP
