Had a Siggy 85/1.4 a few months ago but it was really overkill for the purpose I wanted it for (didnt need AF). Also picked up a few other beauties - Canon 200mm f/2.8 L, Zeiss Jena 135 f/3.5 (M42 mount) and a Zeiss Biometar 80mm (Pentacon 6 mount) with a tilt adapter. The last one is a handful to use but a lot of fun ![]() The unfortunate trouble now is that my bag is beginning to look a bit small.... to be OR NOT to be = 1 (which is "to be" so that one's cleared up at last

The reason I'm asking is because I'm playing with the idea of moving the 50L for the 35L. I'm still curious as to whether the 24/50/135 or 35/85/135 is the right set of primes for me in the long-term. I enjoy photographing peope, and I hope to continue to learn and develop my craft. Personally, I think 35L + 85L would be a better and more versatile combo - there seems to be too much of a gap between 35 and 135...but I guess it all depends on your needs. It's certainly the route I'm moving towards - I really want the 85L, but I think it's too close to my 50 - the 35L seems the most obvious replacement...plus it's just a spectacular lens! I find that I end up with more interesting shots when using the fixed FL prime and foot zoom. Not to mention that I am a bit of a wide aperture junkie. Cory

I sort of pictured the 'frame' in my mind, so it helps me picture the composition before I raise the camera to my eye. I want your Sigma 30. Cheers!
