I have a 35L, Sigmalux 50, 135L, 15/2.8 fish, 105/2.8 macro, all of which I love dearly, but there's simply no way I'm getting rid of the 24-105. It's far, far too versatile/useful, particularly paired with the 5DII.

So, I finally am considering selling my beloved 17-55 f/2.8 IS for FF + primes.

i just entered my prime addiction stage, i only have a 50mmL tho and tbh i dont like it . i need something wider, anyone interested in a trade? my 50mmL for their 24mm L MKII?

haha I have a lens useless to us canon users (and prime users at that) but if anyone upgrades, let me know... I would trade this minolta lens for somethin 2/3 it's price, as long as it's prime... haha!

24L ii or 35L ?
i preferred 35L then 24L ii ,it's a all-round FL for me (i m using 50D + 24-105 before, 35L in FF is a bit wider then 24*1.6=38.4mm, there is much better for me). but since the rumors for 35L II is almost come true ( or may not in this year), i wonder 35Lii release if i bought a 35L for a several months,i sure will regret for it !

i sold my 24-70 and get my 35L...
then i bought a 70-200 f2.8 IS sold that the 85L

now i'm selling the 85L to get another 70-200, lol

Actually I can get the last prime for the holy trinity but I need to sacrifice a camera body and a few pieces of money paper. And I just cant live without a backup.

I'll probably get the 35L in the next few months... Hopefully!

The reason I liked it so much was the IS and IQ. I didn't like how big it was, or how it was an external zoom. I'll miss it's versatility, and useability, but I think I'll be happy at FF (hopefully).

well hopefully canon brings out the 24-70 mkII IS for you this year
