I'm very new to photography and I'm not very good at editing. These images have no PP, but I'm hoping to learn how to work GIMP better in the near future. Here's just a few pics I took on New Years Eve before my girlfriend and I fell asleep at 10:45pm central time. We missed the ball and everything; we were really tired!!

This was part of the reason why I was pretty tired as well. I'm quite the fan of White Russians. I also like beer and Gin and Tonics, but I have a sweet spot for these bad boys.

The Kahlua and Vodka was shot with my 50mm f/1.8 and the fire pit pictures were taken with my 28-135mm. I'm kinda nervous about posting pictures, because I'm afraid everyone is going to say they are terrible, because there's no PP. Hope you guys enjoy these.

You can give criticism if you want. It won't bother me.

I like the fire shots (esp the coals and smooth flame in #3). I would like to see the top of the flames if possible, but I don't think they need much pp. I think some pp would good on #2 to bring out her face a bit. I tried but I only had the tiny jpg to work with.
Happy new year, keep posting your shots!
