Awesome deal going on with Dell. There are a few monitors that are 25% off. You won't find a good deal like this.

It's a really solid monitor (uses a Samsung S-PVA panel) and gets great reviews from everyone.

DELL ULTRASHARP 2408WFP
24-inch Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor
At a Glance
  • 24-Inch WUXGA 1920 x 1200 Display – View approximately 30%1 more on-screen content compared to Dell 20-inch monitor.
  • 6 Millisecond Response Time (typical) – Reduces ghosting and imaging associated with movement for fluid motion.
  • 3000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio – Get dark blacks, sharp images, crisp text, brilliant color saturation and greater life-like detail.
  • 110%2 Color Gamut (CIE 1976) - With Dell TrueColor Technology, you’ll see more color than average monitor of 72% color gamut.
  • Full HD 1080p – Supports higher definition than HD television and a wide array of HD connection options like HDMI, Display Port, DVI-D with HDCP and HDMI 2.1 Audio Out.

Adjustable, Expandable

UltraSharp monitors are designed to fit just about any situation and give you a comfortable viewing experience. Adjust the height, tilt the panel forward and backward, swivel it left-to-right, or even pivot from landscape mode to portrait mode to fit your optimal viewing position. Convenient USB 2.0 ports and media card readers help you avoid the hassle of running out of USB ports on your PC or reaching around the back to access them.

Dell had refurb 3007WFP at their outlets for $750. You can usually find a 15% off coupon on ebay taking it down to under $700. looove the 30"

Nice as long as you don't mind refurb or the lack of inputs, that is a great buy. Solid S-IPS panel.

Not so good here in rip-off Britain; Dell offers the fantastic deal of free shipping on this monitor, yippee!

That gives it the wonderful price of £550.85 today or US $798.25 at current exchange rates. Bummer.

Samsung S-PVA. It's the best compromise to S-IPS. The 3007 is an LG Phillips S-IPS.

The 2408 gets great reviews for solid colors and good blacks.
