Post Procesing Attempts - Before and After

Hey all, hopefully everyone had a good start to their new year.

So I decided to revisit an old picture and try out some more post processing working on skin tones and smoothing.

Heres what I got.

The PP makes you look 12 instead of 15 Messy background doesn't help the image.

Heh, im not too bothered at the state of my room. Its same as another portrait I took a few days ago. Im just working on how real I can get my processing to look before it makes skin look too plastiky.

I rather be younger, sadly doesnt bring my hair back.

I prefer the original to be honest mate. The processed file looks just a little too plasticky in the skin although it does look to have been sharpened nicely.

Sweet! Least I know that my sharpening is a step closer to what I want to use.

You can't really do skin smoothing on guys without making them look 16 years old.

Mate, good attempt.. I know what your trying to do .. It does look good.. not too plastic.. but I would do a little less of it to hit the nail on the head.. keep practicing I am sure you'll get it right
