Hey everyone!
A friend of mine (Dstanic) suggested I sign up, so I did. I've been lurking for a few days now and I must say, there is some very nice work one here! I'm impressed, I hope one day my ability can be half as good as some of the talent I have been looking at these last couple days!
I picked up a Rebel XSi w/ 18-55mm lens on boxing day. While I was at it I also picked up the EF75-300mm f/4-5.6 III USM lens for $20 off at future shop. Since then I have seen the lens on sale for way more than that.
Up until now I have been playing with different settings on my Casio Exilm-Z120 P&S. I intend to keep it in my bag with my XSi, its done me well over the years, but it won't likely get much more use.
Once I start posting picture you'll probably see me posting just about everywhere I can... basically if you can take a picture of it, I'll try. People, cars, animals, totally random objects, you name it, lol. However I do have to warn you, my photoshop skills lack. All I have ever used is Corel Photo paint, and I'm now discovering I can't do a lot with it.
