What movie editing software is easy to use & affordable for 5D Mark II?

I'm mac user and currently I'm using iMovie HD. It comes along with my mac. FInal Cut Express is another great software too. I can't recommend any for windows users. Enjoy...

Thanks for your reply. I'm using Windows XP. I took some video footage of the Panama Canal locks filling up. They're filmed w/my Powershot G9 camera & are in AVI mode. I'd like the 30 minute clip sped up to about 10 seconds or so. Can Final Cut Express do this?

I picked up adobe premiere elements 7 seems to work ok, pretty cheap


Canon 1DMKII, 7D, 5DMKII, 1D MKII
Canon 500L, 100-400L
, 70-200 2.8L, 17-40L, 24-105L, 24mm 2.8,50mm 1.4, 85mm 1.8, 135mm 2.8 SF, 100mm Macro
