Bird of Prey ID Help (DFW)

Went with my Dad to get pictures of a bird of prey he has seen lately. Would love help with ID. We are located in Dallas and this was taken from the lake.

the bird in question is an osprey.

The next one is a Turkey Vulture and the last one is a kinglet, probably a Ruby-Crowned Kinglet.

Wow that was fast, told my Dad POTN would come through. I typically shoot sports but love to get nature/birds when I can find time.
