nice picture and composition however focus looks soft probably would have benefited from a monopod given the 6 second exposure

Perhaps you can apply an agressive unsharp mask, only directed at the ship and not the surrounding?

The camera was held firm to one of the pillers coming out of the pier. The ship does move. Its in the water afterall ;)

This was the first time I have ever been down there to take a picture of it. Were walked all over DT Norfolk and I wasnt about to carry my heavy a$$ tripod haha

yea, its a little soft focus.
