Rented this lens for the weekend ... now I wish I hadn't because I fell in love with it.

Well it arrived
Not a very good shot,just playing in the back garden,getting used to the FoV.

Just acquired this masterpiece of a lens, and will be hoping to share pictures shortly!

This is a photo shoot in Shangri-La, Yunnan, China.

Reading some of the reviews on the Canon site about this lens, some complained about it being too soft outside the focal area. Not sure how much I should pay attention to that criticism if the outside areas are at differing distances than the center, but they didn't clarify. Then again, I love the look of these super wide pics y'all are posting and I think this lens should get to know my 5D iii.
