I am looking for a plate for the tripod ring of the 70-200 2.8 IS. This will be used to mount to an Arca-Swiss B1 ball head. What are some good plates? The Arca plate has crappy reviews about it having a tendency of coming loose.

The Manfrotto 488RC2 head with Manfrotto MN200PL-14 Rectangular Plate 1/4 inch... why? Because with my 5D and grip, once the plate is on the tripod collar it wont fit on the head. The quick release lever on the head hits the grip on the 5D. EOS 6D, 135L, 24-105L, Mamiya RZ67pro2 and lenses
