Automate RAW photos?

is there a way i can automate RAW photos like JPEG,
reason i ask is that other program "forgot name" always pops up before i can get into the real photoshop?

any help will do thanks!

Not sure what you mean. Is it ACR that is popping up? That's part of photoshop. rAW photos need to be processed - that's the whole reason to shoot it in the first place - so you have control.

If you're looking to batch them out to jpg like in camera I suggest canons zoombrowser as it gets closest to what camera would have done. You might want to look at sticky at top of this forum about batch raw to jpg conversions.

i understand that part
but is there anyway i can create the same settings in raw towards the rest of my photos
cause its a pain to mess with each individual raw picture especially when you have 500+ pics that you took

Yes, ACR will allow you to open more than one file. Just select all of the files you want to edit, and open them. They will show up in ACR. Edit one file to your liking, and then synce it with the rest.
