IR mountain views

Some pictures taken with the Canon 10D converted to IR.
Lens was a MC Mir-20M 20mm/f3.5 .
Would you believe this place is 40 minutes away from Rome?

As a fellow IR'er, nice crisp images! I especially like the last one - good composition and the slight movement of the clouds adds to the surreal effect. Too bad the trees are bare!

An MC Mir 20 is an old Russian manual lens, that I use with an adapter. This one comes with a Leica mount, therefore I used it with a Leica-EOS adapter.
The reason for using this lens, is that I don't have an EOS fixed lens so wide, and zooms often are affected by hot spots. The Mir is badly affected by flare, anyway...
