Wait a minute, now let me think... where is that picture I took with the 100-400 last fall up on Mt. Hood...... looking through stuff... hmmm not here, not there, not there either, wait a minute, I think I remember. Don't go anywhere, I'll be right back.

Good catch on Cat. We should do some kissing up to make sure Mike doesn't get us banned.

Thanks.

Sorry, I had to take a quick break to find this shot of Poopie Guy that I took in downtown Portland. He really likes it. I'll post it right after he posts the one of me.

Hopefully I can offer a suggestion for all of you who are planning to be at the meet up in June. Make sure to be safe and sane while the camera are around. I can only imagine the amount of blackmail pictures that will be taken.

And "while the cameras are around" is kind of a moot point, isn't it? I mean, we are a group of photographers. When are the cameras NOT going to be around?

The brats were... brats.... it was the 3 adults that sent me over the edge today... and one of them I work with daily.... you'd think at 60... she'd know better... I hope tomorrow isn't really uncomfortable like I think it will be....

Really off this time!

Hope tomorrow is better.

Maggie story...

The whole time we've had her, she has been mellow, and calm, and sweet. With the exception of playing ball, where she does get quite excited.

Well, after the power went out, all the dogs were in the livingroom with us, and Joshua went to the clubhouse to get Risk.
Maggie decided she wanted to go out and happened to start going through the dog door (which is IN the bottom of the back door) at just the same time Joshua got to the door and started to open it. She FREAKED out. BAD. It freaked out Ams and Ginger, and Ginger jumped up from under the coffee table, spilling my wine everywhere.
Maggie came running into the livingroom and practically got on my lap.

I thought Maggie was going to have the come aparts. Josh shone the flashlight on his face, saying "Maggie, it's me, it's just me, Maggie, look, it's me".

Poor little thing.

Poor Maggie.

Another Maggie story: (if you can handle it)

She was sitting in here next to me, kinda looking towards the kitchen, and looking a little anxious. So I decided to turn all the lights on, and take her outside. I went into the kitchen with them, and stood there and coaxed her out the dog door, even though she was wary. Then I grabbed the tennis balls to play for a bit. I threw Amikah's then Maggies, and she ran and grabbed it then hightailed it to 'her' corner to pee. She apparently had to go pretty badly, but was afraid of running into 'mystery man in the dark' again. It was so funny. Then she ran back to me, but she had dropped her ball when she was peeing.
She comes back to me all empty mouthed and ready to play, and I said "Maggie, where did you leave your ball?" and she looked at me with the CUTEST freaking face, and turned around as fast as she could and ran all the way back to the wall to get it.

Sorry if these stories are boring the crap out of you, LOL. The dogs are such a big part of my life, I have to share that.

Keep the Maggie stories coming
