Chris those are great pictures. They make me a little sea sick seeing them.

I concur!

Important announcement:

Marian just informed me that I AM A COOL MOM!

Yeah.

I KNOW!

Apparently, her friends LIKE me.

AND they think I'm funny.

There is a group of them who go to different homes for lunch occasionally, and they came here today.
I guess I made them laugh. A lot. (And not just cause of my funky hair or my fuzzy socks)

 I'm cool.

Get her to put it in writing.

Nice and dramatic! My immediate thought was moody storm like. Tis why I love it here *sigh*

Once you have stood on the beach and watched/felt the sea and wind at its most awesome...the power is indescribable. It truly is a time when you feel how small you really are in the scheme of things. I love our coast. It is moody, violent, cranky and bad ass :) And you need to have some of the same to live with her.

The oregon coast is something special. I wish I lived near a big body of water. The mississippi just doesn't cut it.

Hi Permie. I love the photos you are posting with Dan and his Guitar. They are wonderful.

I concur!

*grumbles about it being 26 degrees here*

*grumbles about it being zero degrees here before wind chill.

G'mae folks. I'm cold and tired. I hope you all have a great day!

Gee, it's been a while. How are you all? Looks like you're all chatty these days.

My day was ok. My boss asked if I wanted to go home early, so I took her up on the offer and surprised John, then had a dr. appt this evening. Other than that, took a short nap on the couch with Buddy and finished my book.

With the exception of the dr appt, that sounds like a fantastic day.

Okay...but so you'll know....the nice FedEx lady said no beer could be sent. Only the liquor and wine.

Oh, snap! I guess that means I can't send my dad a case of Shiner.

Weird that liquor and wine can be shipped....
