I had one tell me I needed to find a new corner to work.

yeah, they can be territorial like that.

A friend came over with his new rebel and proceeded to wrap it in all the original plastic before he left. He asked if it was okay to store it with a lens on.

He'd faint if he saw how I "store" my camera.

I have 3 tripods...

A trio of tripods.

Permagrin wrote in post #7040652 (external link)
any of them sturdy? which ones do you have?

One of my tripods is very sturdy, if you want big and sturdy but don't mind weight and the fact that when it is fully folded it is taller than some when fully extended check out the BENBO II (external link)

Nice and you help out making it happen. Thats great. Do you have the pup for her recovery?

Yes. We'll pick her back up in a couple hours, then we will have her for awhile. At least till the 17th, if not longer.

She gets to go to Cedar City with us tomorrow. We have to go for my nephew's 1st birthday party, and I don't want to leave her here with my crazies this soon after being spayed. My family will love her.

At least you'll still have plenty if, you, oh say, leave one behind in a remote area.

At least I have a lenscap on my lens at the moment  But, yeah, it sort of sits on my desk.

The 5D is sold.

I do have a grip for the 5D if anyone is interested, otherwise I will list it on the Sell thread tomorrow.

I will sell the 20D at a VERY good price if anyone knows someone who might be interested, otherwise I will just list it too.

Actually yes, though it won't do you any good.

I have a EF-S 17-85 that is almost brand new that I need to sell if anyone is interested. It came as a kit lens with my 40D, and I have no need for it. Lisa used it a bit on the 20D is all.

I have no lensbaby. :D
