I'm sorry to hear that Paula, perhaps another will come along soon?

I hope so. Jobs in this area are very very few. :(

I don't think so, in order to change it I have to focus then use the joy stick thingie to move the spot and unless I engage the focus first I can't seem to change it. Weird.

Hmm I almost never change mine. People rave about the 45 focus points on the 1D, I feel like I am cheating myself by using one. Anyone have any interesting techy thoughts on focus points and choices? The 1D has a custom feature that will expand the focus point on long zooms when you zoom in. If you have picked the center point and zoom in it will expand the focus to multiple center points instead of one essentially making a fatter center focus point. Kinda neat.

Sounds neat Zane, I usually only use 1 at a time and move it with the thingy in the back. But 95 percent of the time it is in the middle.

There is a wonderful van made by Mercedes only available in Europe, I want one for my program and can't get it, annoying!!!

That would be a great van for the center.

I will sell the 20D at a VERY good price if anyone knows someone who might be interested, otherwise I will just list it too.

Someone please verify, since I just PM'd Jim on this....wasn't Kody looking for a 20D for his friend, who is a POTN member but for the life of me I can't remember his name?

I use the center point focus 95% of the time. There are times, however, when the joystick thingy on the 5D is VERY handy to move it when shooting flowers, etc. The only time I DON'T enjoy that feature is when I'm shooting portrait (with the grip) and my strap hangs down and my nose presses the strap into the joystick thingy and it moves my focal point.

I thin Kody was looking for either a 20 or 30 D for Bugster.

That's it, The Bugster. I hate it when I can see someone so clearly in my mind but can't come up with a name, thanks Zane.
