Nice quality. My surf pics always turn out bad because of our typical overcast days on the central coast...oh and my crappy $250 lens.

Only just found this. The Wedge is my favourite place (so far) on the planet.
Here's some of my Wedge pics. The colouring is a bit odd because they're scans from prints.:o But they were taken on a Canon. :D

Gorgeous pictures. I really like the color & clarity of the water swell behind the sufer in the thrid shot (the one with the red boogy board)


I'll be taking some surf shots this summer -- what do you do to keep the sand & spray off your kit?

Amazing colors in this picture! What did you do for post processing or did you use some kind of polarizer? Unrelated, but whats USM and how do I do that in photoshop 7?
