oldvultureface Goldmember  More info | Jan 06, 2009 20:50 | #1 I'm running XP SP3. I have DPP and the EOS utility installed from the CD that came with my XSi (no updates-if it works, don't fix it). I'm expecting a 50D tomorrow from B&H. What's my best option-uninstall DPP and the utility and install those from the 50D CD or run updates from the Canon website? I want to be able to use both cameras from the same software if possible.

Jan 06, 2009 23:06 | #2 Typically, it is always best to use the most up to date drivers/software when possible. The updates may feature new tools, fix problems you may not notice immediately and be quicker due to bloat removal.
