Home studio equipment has a much smaller customer base than cameras and lenses. Have you tried KEH? I haven't yet, but I've herad good things about them. I have bought used stuff from B&H and Adorama. And of course ebay. Is there anything you're looking for in particular?

B&H and Adorama have Used departments and you'll also find a good deal of lighting gear being sold in he Nikonians forum.
