The 60D will come with wedding photos pre-installed.

Given that weddings are the leading cause of divorce, this should be a massive hit! Wedding photos without the mess.

Weddings aren't the leading cause of divorce. That's a common misconception (a numerlogically superstitious one).

The leading cause of divorce is MARRIAGE!

Subtle difference. ;)

I think this is a case for Paul the Octopus's expertise! Do you think he does non-soccer predictions?

He may have made one, but I couldn't hear the translation over the vuvuzelas.

Subtle but very important. One can attend many weddings, but can only divorce one time for each marriage.

I like weddings because of the free booze.

The 60D will come out with a new battery grip that can double for a flask.

We are deadly superstitious about our numbers and we don't appreciate not being taken seriously.

Saw this today, first CR2 involving the 60D in a very long time plus an apparently confirmed announcement date for something on the 13th.

With the cross-type sensors, I thought there were more 2.8 and up sensors on the 50D but apparently I'm wrong. I guess additional cross-type sensors 5.6 and up would be good for sports in good light, but really nothing to help in low light situations. 98% VF tho :)

I am curious, with the 7D and 550D why the interest with the 60D?

All the sensors on the 50D are cross-type... dunno at what aperture, but what am I missing here? 9 cross type going to 5? ???

http://www.usa.canon.com …_cameras/eos_50d#Features (external link)

9 cross-type high-precision sensors for accurate target subject acquisition and diagonal center cross-type AF point with f/2.8 and faster lenses.
