Yeah Vernor is - but supposedly the ramp leading up into MCS (after wandering through the garage) is all blocked off now.

I don't know how to get into LaFayette either but would love to go. Anyone on here have any tips? Sounds like demo will start next week.

Speaking of which, if anyone has suggestions on getting into Book Tower, that might be fun too.

thats what i was afraid of.. that was a tight squeeze even before...

i know some people schooch under the fence along 15th Ave.. there is a substantial gap and after that you can enter the building for many places.

but there is another way though the garage.. once inside the garage there are lots of large openings see photo

then you can proceed into the building from various windows on the west side

I went to the Woodward Dream Cruise yesterday and today I have sore legs, sore feet and a headache. LOL And my pictures don't look any different then last years. It seams like there are more people every year and this year less cars.

Let me know when you guys go, I'm very interested. Also, the book depot apparently has a tree growing through all the floors. I'm guessing that'd make for some pretty epic shots.

That works. Haven't personally been to Packard yet and I need to get back to MCS for some redo.

I'd be a fan of MCS cooling off before going back, but either way is fine. I'm surely going to Packard again, sometime. I'm going to talk to my buddies, maybe I'll go sometime this weekend, I have 4 days off starting tomorrow. I'll let you 2 know.

I haven't been to Selfridge in years. Maybe we'll try for Sunday as well. The Michigan Renaissance Festival opens Saturday too.

Jon.
