Last minute - but if anyone is free this Saturday, someone has a photo walk for the Google+ 1 year anniversary in Ann Arbor.

Is anyone going to the airshow this weekend - Thunder Over Michigan?

I will be there on Saturday in the Bombers tent, taking pictures of the action the P-51's and the Harrier.

I used to take care of Art Nalls (owner- Nalls Aviation) and Joe Andersons flight gear back in the day ('80-'84)) as a member of VMA-231. They flew the AV-8A's back then. I'm anxious to chat with them and get some great pictures of all the planes! Art and Joe are the only civilians licensed to fly VSTOL!

Hope to see you there say Hi if you see me.. I will be wearing a USMC baseball cap, using a Canon 40d w/70-200L f2.8..

The Worldwide photowalk is coming up again - Oct 13th.

I'm partial to the one I'll be in, which will be in Royal Oak covering the Zombie Walk. http://worldwidephotowalk.com …yal-oak-mi-united-states/ (external link)

Otherwise there is a wide selection of Michigan walks available http://worldwidephotowalk.com/locations/ (external link)

It's a lot of fun - gets you out where you might not shoot otherwise - and socialize with other photographers of all skill levels.

Hey can anyone give me any tips and such on visiting the Michigan central station? Like is it still possible to get in there? and if so how? Also Lee plaza, farwell building, vanity ballroom, woodward ave presbyterian church. Just wondering if these places still have ways of getting in because as a beginner urban explorer, I really want to check this out, any help would be much appreciated!
