POTNAC Padstow PIzza Gathering

Hi all,
I have created this thread for the convenience of members of the POTNAC to simply keep track of this Photography related Meeting that a few of us have talked about the the Aussie Club thread.

I would like to gauge general interest and if we have critical mass then what dates suit everyone etc.

And just to set the mood here are a couple of photos of the woodfired pizza oven

Awesome! When is the grand opening?

Grand opening,( even though it isnt quite finished) is this saturday for my B'Day. But i was thinking of the get together in a few weeks if i get enough interest and we can agree on a time.
So, as discussed this will be a Group photography meeting with a some time dedicated to eating pizza. then maybe some fire photos

oooh a POTN Aus meetup.. with pizza as a bonus.. sounds good!!

Tentatively put down for long weekend on the Saturday?

i like the pire photos so we are all catered for, look forward to it.

It would be interesting to meet up with some of the group but I bet work gets in my way.

the saturday of the australia day long weekend is the 24th January, my only concern is people might be away on holidays but im fine with that day. how does that suit others?

24th suits, 25th onwards doesnt.

Sorry bud, no can do over this weekend. Working Saturday, and BBQ on Sunday.

For everyone else: I will be having a get together and firing up the oven this Saturday at my place in Padstow (near bankstown). everyone is welcome to come. so far i only have 1 confirmed guest and that is clarry.
I really hope at least a couple of others can make it so it doesnt get awkward and we are all like,....*awkward silence* so umm, the 5D is pretty cool huh... yeeaahhh its pretty good, uh huh. *awkward silence* LOL
