I should think Vail's lawyers would be jumping for joy that there are hi-res images of the guest being successfully rescued by Vail staff...

This incident will cost Vail some cash but probably not as much if it had gone to court only as a He Said / They Said.

The photog ought to get a medal...

I should clarify my earlier post - the story about the skier is funny, not the fact that the photg got suspended from his job over these circumstances.

That shot was in all the UK papers today. Someone obviously sold it to them.
