One more of my friend Ann. This was from an impromptu shoot alongside the lake. It was actually a test shoot for my 70-200 f4 L. Love that lens.

agree on the skin appearance. Also, might want to crop out that thing in the top left of the shot.

Me three on the appearance of the skin. It just looks too processed. There is also a "thing" to her right in the water that could be cloned out and a stick "thing" coming out of her left knee.

i agree on too much PP. The sunset colors are awesome though. Do you have a wider shot of the place?

Looks like you have started putting the 70-200 to good use. I do not care for the pp as well. Post the original to give us a before and after.

Here is an uncropped version with no skin smoothing. I think I've spent too much time looking at the glamour forum where smoothing is sometimes a little strong.

A bit too grainy in the face and the lighting appears to be too overbearing in the shot.

Yikes, that is an old one... I guess he took my critique of his recent post personally and wanted to find something to go back with..

Smoothing the skin would like fine if you didnt over sharpen and over clarity it to death. IMO a woman shot should never have clarity pushed up.

I freely admit to blowing that one. I had just gotten some new gear and software and pushing it too hard.

^This.

He should have posted "please cc...but if its negative, I'm going back 3 years on you to find somethig to blast".

Remind me to delete all my old posts before I offer any critique at the request of a poster.:lol::lol:
