I have just has t pay £21 handling fees to parcel Force for an item that cost %55 dollars and already had paid 23 dollars shipping

No import or excise duty was due jusdt £7 vat

Why does pacel force get totake another slice for delivering what has already had shipping paid for - this is nt the first time this has happened???
