Thanks!

This is what I did:
-Opened the original file in PS, cropped it a bit
-Opened another image of the sky I had
-Expanded the canvas on top for ~300 pixels
-Copied the sky on the original photo
-Carefully deleted the sky layer where I needed, left the blending mode Normal because I liked it and set the opacity at ~ 90 %.
-Used the burn tool with opacity ~50% for sky and church.
-Put the watermark, resized and saved for web

Here is B&W version with a touch of blue added, hope you like it:

Wow, awesome shot! I love the HDR look. I just returned from Croatia on vacation... where is this?
