Ok, I have 2 of the same picture but different PP. The one on top is the original and the bottom is basically the same but with a colored filter on it. When I first did the bottom I thought the filter was a nice touch, adding a certain "gloom" to the picture. Now that I look at the before and after I almost hate the filter on it. What do you guys think?

I believe you posted this one before .. nice picture .. I don't know much about PP but IMO the 1st one look best ..

I cant really tell you why .. but I just think when you made sky on the second one yellow you didn't isolate just that area so the entire picture got that tint .. once again I don't know . thats how I see it on my monitor which is not calibrated .. but regardless I think the 1st one looks best

Like the first one a bit better. I made a couple PP changes - lightened it up a bit and removed the telephone line across the top. Quick job mind you but may give you some ideas.

That looks great, That line definitely needed to go. Did you use the patch tool in photoshop to do that?

I used the clone stamp tool to remove the line. I did it really quick - wasn't a quality job. There are several ways to remove things like that from an image.
