CCNA bootcamps

I am in the middle of it now. (taking a break from studying my mind hurts)

Has anybody else taken a CCNA, CCDP, or even the CCIE bootcamps?

BTW I am taking the class in Las Vegas, but no time to play while I am here.

haven't done a bootcamp, but have sat & passed CCNA twice in the last 8 years. Need to recertify again but every time I begin studying seriously my eyes glaze over & I may as well be asleep. Good luck with your venture...

Haven't tried a bootcamp, but let us know how it works for you... I took the CISCO NetAcad class many years ago - never took the CCNA exam because the company I worked for didn't care if I had one or not...

One of these days I might try to get my CCNA....

I have -- and I felt like my eyeballs were bleeding. Give every effort to pay attention in class. Cram like heck the last night. Pass the cert exam at the end (provided you are ready). And then party Vegas-style when it's all said and done.

Not sure about IGRP, they have scraped it for EIGRP but it is 90. YES, I have remembered something so far.

TAC is already on speed dial at work. They make the big money to know the things that I don't already know.

Thanks for all the positives guys. It is just after 11 PM and I have about two more hours of studying before tomorrows class.

For those of you that have ever thought about the bootcamp, it has been very helpful for me. FYI

Just passed the CCNA exam with an 848. Not the highest score, but it will pass just the same.

Wow, I didn't realize we had so many network gurus on here. *waves* I'm self studying for the CCNA right now ... good luck with the boot camp.

CCNP here with too many other network and system certs... I'm actually trying to get out of computers but the pay is too good

good on you for the NP, I just started studying for the CCVP. I must be asking for punishment, I have just passed my CCNA and have already started into the CCVP.

Zombie, already took the bootcamp www.ccbootcamp.com 12-16 January. I just took the test today.

Very smart to work on the CCVP -- As more and more companies phase out their old PBX systems with VoIP systems the market for well trained professionals will be large.

The CISCO Call Manager is the best in its class... I also use the open source Linux application Asterisk for small-business VoIP -- both have their advantages, but for a medium-large company I wouldn't hesitate to suggest CallManager.
