What sort of PP is this?

My wife showed me the following photo...

...and said she wanted her product photos (for her online shop) to have a similar effect. Looks to me like some saturation adjustments, some vignetting added, and maybe some slight softening too. Am I on the right track? Does this look like a plugin anyone recognizes? Thanks in advance!

Reminds me of the "lomo" action. Do a search on that and see if that works for you.

Ahh, yes - the Lomo effect. I had forgotten all about that one. The free plugin was on my old PC, I'll get that on the new PC tonight.
