Got lucky today both the male and the female, though the male was the more willing subject, only managed one decent shot of the female. Then found the perfect perch ( last pic ) pitty nothing landed on it ! ;)
All taken shooting through the car window, i`m getting to like this hide its comfortable and warm.

Female @ 800mm.

Great shots Carlton, is that a 400 f2.8 with the 2x extender on to get 800mm and the 1.4 to get 560mm?

Great looking bird and nicely photographed with 800mm of reach. Great looking perch and even a smaller bird like a Kestrel would look great on that ;)
