I am just blown away by how sharp this lens is. Seems to me to be L-quality. Certainly gives my 70-200 f/4 a run for its money for normal shooting.

But I am just having so much fun with the macro! I LOVE this lens! It's probably my new favorite. :D

Plus I learned something new about the 5 dollar bill today.

Very cool Paul...

The 100 f/2.8 is wicked sharp.

I did not know that either about the 5 either!

Love my 100mm 2.8. (But I don't think I've taken anything that cool yet!.....she says, as she reaches for the tripod and her wallet...)

Upstage the OP by taking a photo of a $10 bill.

Nice pic. I'm digging the macro. Try not to post so many pics, my wife might get mad at me for purchasing this :)

I have this lens, and I think it is way sharper than my 70-200 2.8L :( I'm thinking of getting rid of my 70-200 because it seems to unsharp now, or exchanging for an 85 1.8 II and a 200 2.8. This lens is my standard lens, i love using it.
