Well this is a typical shot for this type of stuff. I was bored around my house, and I needed an image for my "daily photo" project. Anyways, let me know what you think

Perhaps the needle tip should be in sharp focus with a little bit blood on it?

suggest you change your angle and try a real close up of the needle, losing the syringe in depth of field.

I don't know if it's intended, but I like the emphasis on the "SINGLE USE ONLY" while the needle has clearly been cleaned for a second usage.
